Tinicum Township in Bucks County, PA is home to a variety of beautiful landscapes, from rich farmlands to quiet woodlands, and red rock cliffs above rushing streams. Our steep valleys and rolling meadows are critical parts of the area’s unique character and quality of life. Yet that distinctiveness and ecological richness is in danger of disappearing as sprawl consumes the Southeastern Pennsylvania landscape. Tinicum’s natural, historical, and cultural legacy is at risk and landowners like you hold the keys to preserving this heritage forever.

With careful consideration of individual needs and the various tools available, it is possible to preserve your land forever and satisfy your financial and family goals.

Tinicum Conservancy has been helping landowners in the township to preserve their land for almost 20 years. We work to understand the interests and needs of each individual and to find the best solution for his or her situation. Our primary means of land protection is the voluntary conservation easement.

There are important questions to ask yourself when you are considering preserving your land. You must determine how you want to use the land during your lifetime, and, if you plan to sell it, your level of commitment to conservation. You will want to involve your financial and legal advisors, and perhaps your family, in reviewing your options.

We are always ready to talk with you about your land and your needs. Please call the Conservancy office at 610-294-1077 for more information and confidential discussion.
