Tinicum Conservancy has been helping landowners conserve their land for almost 25 years. We work to understand the interests and needs of each individual and to find the best solution for his or her situation. Our primary means of land protection is the voluntary Conservation Easement.

Among the important questions to ask yourself when you are considering preserving your land are how you want to use the land during your lifetime, and, if you plan to sell or bequeath it, your level of commitment to conservation. You will want to involve your financial and legal advisors, and perhaps your family, in reviewing your options.

We are always ready to talk with you about your land and your individual goals. Call the Conservancy’s Executive Director, Jim Engel, at 610-294-1077 for a confidential discussion.
