Protecting our rural character and natural resources

                   through community-based land conservation.

February 26, 2015

Dear Members and Supporters,

We are pleased to announce Tinicum Conservancy has been awarded renewed accreditation by the national Land Trust Alliance. This means that after a thorough evaluation process, the Alliance's independent Accreditation Commission determined that we meet rigorous national standards in all areas of operation.

I am tremendously proud of the organization as a whole, and of our talented

staff and board in particular, for meeting these standards. We were very lucky to have Trustee and VP Rick Bowles quarterback this group effort. Rick's long career in ethics and compliance  was the Conservancy's gain!

Tinicum Conservancy was first accredited in 2006 and this renewal is possibly a greater achievement. It indicates continued improvement, proficiency, and that

we are well-equipped to protect the land we hold under easement for the long haul. This five-year accreditation renewal will see us through our 25th anniversary (2017) and beyond.

Thank you for your loyal support.

Yours sincerely,

Boyce Budd

President
